The Services Quality Engineer will be responsible for the Quality Assurance of all Professional Services items. These items include UI Testing, Report Testing, Automating the UI Flows and database testing for client projects. A Services Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize the QA process, providing feedback to the Services Software Engineers on coding, and recommending best practices to the Professional Services organization. A Services Quality Engineer will primarily work with internal teams but may be required to communicate and/or travel to client sites as needed.
