Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAFe Practitioner to support the successful implementation of our large-scale agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) at symplr. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SAFe principles and practices, excellent communication skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders involved in the program. 
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams, ensuring transparency and clarity in program goals, progress, and challenges. 
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and impediments, taking appropriate actions to mitigate their impact. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes, practices, and workflows across the program. 
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish relevant metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program progress, measure success, and make informed decisions. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the program lifecycle. 
  • Adherence to SAFe: Ensure that SAFe principles, methodologies, and best practices are followed consistently across the program. 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science. 
  • A SAFe certification is a must.  
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops board is preferred.  
  • Experience:   Total 2-5 years of experience, 2 years of experience in program management, with a significant portion focused on supporting agile initiatives using the SAFe framework. 
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
